About Us

We are an inclusive Scottish Episcopal Church community situated in the picturesque town of Gatehouse of Fleet. Members of our congregation are involved in many aspects of community life. We are delighted to welcome people to our services and to get to know you. We are a small and friendly congregation and we serve tea and coffee after the service which is a good way to get to know us.
We want to share the joy and happiness that God’s love brings out in everyone. We are all equally made in God’s image and loved by him. We have developed a Mission Statement to help keep us on the right path, and this statement is printed below.
Our mission statement is:
To worship God so that all that we do is informed by Spirituality and Prayer.
To make available and share in the sacraments of the Church.
To reflect and work within the community to whom we are sent, promoting Christ’s love for all.
To be accessible and open to people.

We are an Episcopal church in the Diocese of Glasgow and Galloway

within the Scottish Episcopal Church,

a province in the worldwide Anglican Communion.
Inclusive and accessible
As a local congregation we are
inclusive - offering a welcome to all.
We strive to be
accessible, with level access, large print service books and a hearing loop and sound system.
An Eco-Congregation
We have achieved our bronze award and continue to consider what good stewardship of the world's natural resources means to us. We follow the Season of Creation in our church calendar and offer regular prayers for the wellbeing of creation.
